Anyone Can Play Video Games, We Perform Them LIVE!
Gen Con is proud to present Video Games Live at Gen Con Indy 06. An immersive experience, the show is a concert featuring some of the most beloved video game music of all time. Old classics and modern favorites are played together with video projection, theatrical staging and breath-taking special effects. It doesn’t end there, however, as we will also bring members of the audience up on stage to play a game while the orchestra performs the music and sound effects in real time!
Tickets are still on sale through the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra’s web site, so sign up today.
Step Into an Anime and Become a Voice Actor for a Day!
This year we’re not just showing you anime, we’re letting you step into it and become a part of the dream with a variety of different dubbing events.
Join us Friday night when we let audience members jump in and re-do the dialogue from scenes of some of your favorite anime or stop in when things get a little racier on Saturday night when we re-dub some hentai. On Friday afternoon you can get a feel for what it’s really like to be a voice actor in our Authentic Dubbing event where you’ll be given a script and have to try to follow the prompts for your dialogue.
And you won’t want to miss the big event on Saturday evening: the Gen Con Voice Acting Contest! Come to the contest with a scene prepared that you have already practiced and you could win a role in an upcoming anime production!
Check out the event registration system and our web site for more information!
AHOY! Hidden City Games invites all scallywags, swashbucklers, able-bodied mariners and Clout fans to "get in the game" and join a randy crew of privateers at Gen Con Indy! Sail over to booth #845 to get yer photo taken and have yer ugly mug put on your own Clout chip! Then you’ll be a buccaneer in the red pirate faction with the launch of Redbeard’s Revenge, the new Clout expansion on sale first at Gen Con! Come dressed in your pirate finery or borrow our props - just be sure to get yer pirate on! Beware: Scurvy dogs and landlubbers will be keelhauled! ARRR!
