Three new greens that will be coming out within the next two weeks (likely sooner, but I've learned not to count on absolute deadlines any longer!).
The first two were sculpted by the ever present Edgar Ramos with the last a new addition from an old time favorite, Steve Buddle.

All three look super cool! I love the Face on the Necromancer! The warmaiden has a very dynamic pose and the Mad Hatter Rocks! He might just be my favorite of your line Nathan.
Do you have any idea as to what the cost per fig will be?
When can we see some studio paint jobs?

I've done the Mad Hatter. I'm going to start on the Necromancer today or tomorrow and hopefully have him done for the weekend.

Fantastic Nathan! I think my favourite is the Warmaiden followed closely by the mad hatter! Very nice!

good stuff.
So, tell me, was Count Olaf the inspiration for the necromancer? Looks awful lot like the cover of "A Bad Beginning."

All three are awesome for sure...
But, admittedly I can already picture about 5 different paintschemes that I want to try on that hatter.

Pleased you like them.
Studio paint on these will be released here soon - likely with the official release of the miniatures themselves, if everything goes well, though it might be a little longer yet for Misaki to get finished up. We'll see though.
Prices for Leveticus and Mad Hatter will be $6.50, in line with the rest of our character line. Misaki is tentatively priced at $8 to $8.50 at the moment due to additional costs with her (sculpting, molds, casts .. etc). I'll know the final price on that when I find out what her final casting cost comes to.
Leveticus will not have his familiar with him as there has been a delay there, but I'm working on alternatives for his familiars/minions. My apologies there for those of you looking forward to the miniature from the concept art from a bit back. In the near future he'll likely be given the option in the web store to be sold with or without a familiar when that is taken care of properly.
I had to go look up who Count Olaf was Vince but yeah, that is a pretty cool picture on the front of that book, can see where that might come into play. No, as far as I know, he isn't based off of him. This is actually a miniature Edgar did quite some time back before he started sculpting for Wyrd and I begged and begged and begged for that one. His will finally broke some time back (I think it was the Panda's .. don't ask, its not safe). Ramos was actually based off of this fellow, as I liked the hair, eyebrows and the general feel so much that I had something appropriate done up in that style.

I'm working on her, I'm working! :)
However if rumors are true, there are some plans surrounding this mini, good stuff I hope! Which demands just a little more time and care than normal ;)
was that vague enough?

I wasn't harping .. now take the day off from you day job and go work on her damnit! Back! Back!
Seriously though, Misaki is getting a full make over from Eric as we've got something special planned with her here inside of a month.
The rest of the Wyrd crew has her in their hands right now, just not sure who will get what done first, thus I make no promises, and besides, I've got Ritual practically chained to his chair working on studio pieces for the convention.

ever think about hiring a monkey with a whip to stand behind Anders to "motivate" him to paint faster? We can even put the monkey in black leather and heals, it'd be fun!

@Eric
Wouldn't you think Nathan is enough?? Do I really need a monkey pushing me, as well?? A kinky monkey even?? :eviltongu :motz:

Some great concept work from Steph Enjolras (who happens to be on vacation now and will likely be very pleased when he gets back). I have larger pictures, but didn't want to blow everything out of size. Likely get some wall paper setup with them here soon.

Its stuff like this that is making Wyrd a force to be reckoned with. These are some of the most imaginative and interesting sculpts out there. KUDOS to all involved.
