It's a quite boring pose, but I like the mini nonetheless! It radiates some kind of coolness that I can't really put my finger on! :240:

For some reason I immideatly thought of "Crucible" by Halford. You know, the song. It's a nice mini, but not really breathtaking. A more dynamic pose would not have hurt I think.... then on the other hand, he looks a little like he's too cool to run around or dodge.

yeah, I agree, sometimes a mini has to "play it cool"

to me this mini isn't dynamic, but also not stiff, which is usually the opposite of dynamic in the miniature world. He has a very natural pose while also remaining very calm.

I think a more dynamic pose would of been interesting for this miniature but at the same time, its not that bad IMO.

I see it more like he just walked around a corner where he knew there was some shenanigans going on and calmly leveled his pistol as he stares down the witches before him before going into his litany about witches and pulling the trigger. Which of course immediately sets him into diving and doing the Van Helsing.

It reminds me of a Kind of steam punk Indiana Jones, I like Privateer Press and the Warmachine range but this one oos not for me. I'll be awaiting the Trollkin if I have the spelling right, from what I've seen so far they are going to be well cool.

Have to agree with Eric here, he as a thoroughly bored look to him. Still, not a bad miniature!
