Couple items over at TMP and TGN today:
For those in the UK, Wargames Workshop (about an hour outside London according to their site) will be having a 350 pt Hordes tournament. There's a 5 GBP entry fee, and 1st and 2nd place get a 10 GBP in-store voucher. The Autoduelin' on I-64 Yahoo group is hosting a conversion challenge. Basically you take a die-cast 1970's muscle car and convert it into a post-apocalyptic gas-guzzlin' deal-dealing harbinger of death. Here's the announcement on TMP http://theminiaturespage.com/news/761743/ They don't make any mention on what the winner gets though, and I'm assuming you'd have to join said yahoo group.
Tabletop Gaming News is having a contest with seven Urban War starter boxes as the prizes. All you do is go here http://www.tabletopgamingnews.com/contest.php, answer five questions, and they'll draw seven winners. Starts today and ends on the 28 July. Winners to be announced on 4 August. Nothing like a chance at free minis with little to no work!
Corvus Belli released their Nomads models. I'm sure you can find them at your local store or favorite online outlet.
