Magnificent Egos Miscasts

OK maybe i'm blind as a bat but hopefully someone here will know how i can contact magnificent Egos about some miscasts. I just picked up a bunk fo Mag Egos for the first time and as i was cleaning then i found the Eligon i bought has what looks liek a huge blob of pewter that has obsuced the chest and my Scratchnsniff's right side of his face is nothing but a blob of miscast pewter. My problem is i can't find a contact email on the Mag Egos site to contact anyone about this and the store i had bought them from is out of buissness so can't go through them.

I don't have an e-mail/contact address for them, but have you tried going through the "contact us" button on their web cart and filling out the form there or posting on their message boards?
