The sculpt is great, but the painting makes it look dry and unreal....

I'd suggest using several coats of gloss varnish...it could give him a sickly sheen!

Vikey hmm yeah some gloss would be good i agree that would make it look spot on..not uber glossy but semi gloss maybe..unless Tickles was going for slimey.
