Here's the last of the Ortega Clan that I've painted up.

Another fine piece. He'll look great with the rest of the clan. Nice work once again on the denim and leathers. The grey socks really tickled me for some reason...I bet he doesn't wash his socks that often.

Looks good! The only thing that bothers me is the end of the gun. Personally, if I couldn't drill in the barrel holes, I would have at least painted them on. As it is, he looks like he's holding a gun that has no way of firing.

These have all ben great Brian .. Great job.. the colours are spot on and your technique get's better every time...

The gun barrel on this bugger is a bitch .. I ended up using a 0.7mm drill bit .. I think the painting option would be easier but I agree with Duende that it could do with something...

looking forward to a group shot when they are all done.. nice work

@Duende and DH: Yeah, can't believe I forgot the holes for the barrel. Something didn't look right to me when I was editing the picture, but I was so focused on trying to get the picture to look right that I wasn't really looking at the gun (it seems that my camera has decided all of a sudden to "correct" photos by making them dark, no matter how much light there is or what the settings are; it's really irritating). I'll go back and paint some in.

Thanks for the comments!

The hero of Canton strikes again! The mudders would be proud.

Way to finish the group strong. I'm painting my group of slingers right now, so thanks for the motivation! Hope mine look as nice...
