The cthulhu guys are cool, but whats with the 'garish' colors? It makes them look less scary and more 'disney'.

They for for that USX game which strikes me as a more "cenematic" style. I tried to find greens or bare metal to no avail.

Have to admit that I'm with Jim on these, a darker, sicker look would go a long way to making these a bit more Cthulu'ish.

So the question is:
Is this a paint job problem and can they be salvaged?
The sculpts look decent in the picture but seeing some raw metal pics would probably go a long way towards improving their reception. Lovecraft based things should look very disturbing. They should not look like care bears.

I thought Pixar/Disney had picked up the rights for that; I had heard it was going to be part of "Toy Story XIII--The Teenage Years".

Reminds me of late 80's/early 90's paint jobs on Ral Partha and Grenadier studio models.

They do look 'otherworldly'

Good Sculpts but those colors...you won't need night vision goggles to see them in the dark creeping up on ya!
