Project: Insomnia

Well last night I was battling insomnia, so I took this mini, which has been sitting on the table, primed, for months, and tried to finish it in one night. I succeeded (for the most part) except for a few highlights this morning when I got up. I think for a grand total of about three hours work, it turned out pretty good.

Having been slugging away on these fellows for a couple of months, you did a great job! I really like the skull head and the weathering.

For just 3 hours of work I think that it looks great! The skull on the back is cool and I like the weathering. If you wanted to improve it my suggestion would be to take away some of the reds that you've got in the green areas because I think that it makes the mini lack a little bit of definitition, but that's just my thoughts on it. Other than that I think that you've got a decent slimy look to the model!

What I like the most about this is that it's almost got a translucent look to it. The mix of the colors and weathering are great for such a short time of painting!
