Pretty decent, not keen on the sword though.

No, the sword looks a bit daft. But, it's probably a separate part, so you can replace it easily, or even re-shape the tip to make it pointy. The rest of the mini looks ace, though.

The sword is definetly the problem though, it might be one of those things when the more you see it the more you warm to it but it should be pretty easy to file down to a point if that doesn't happen for you, I will be filing it down

I like this miniature alot as I do with most of the Hell Dorado Miniatures. The sword isn't bad, it's just something that can be redone or replaced.

Yep, the sword looks a bit like a paddle, and the axe handle looks like it would do him more damage than a foe. Otherwise, it's a pretty nice model.

Gille de Rais was an officer attached to Joan D'arc. Apparently they were comrades during Joan's campaign. Historically some time after the execution of Joan D'arc, Gille de Rais' castle was raided by authorities of the time. The bodies of several missing local children were found in the castle dungeon and Gille de Rais was tried and executed...just in case you were wondering....

i like the sword. I just dont think it matches the model. Basically, pick one,either the sword orthe axe, but not both.

Two swords work, two axes work, a sword and knife combo work. but an axe and a sword, just dont seem to work, unless its on a gladiator type model...
