As others have said....

Hi, I'm Valmont, and I've been addicted to models for over a 15 years.

I'm also known as Forbino many other places, including as a founding member of the 40k Fight Club.

I planted the GW needle deep in my vein, and can fairly be described as a fanboy.

Having become disenchanted with WHFB I moved into Confrontation, because of their beautiful models. Alas, after making far more purchases then was likely prudent, they changed to low quality PPP and a game system that did nothing for me.

I've been looking at Wyrd miniatures for a while, and now that it appears a game system is in the offing I'm preparing to make an imprudent number of purchases here.

Welcome all, glad to be aboard and willing to share the bent spoons and surgical tubing for this addition we all have.

Hi Valmont, good to have you over here, and I did see your email, and we're working to get through all of them, you'll hear from me in the next day or so. (at least I think I got one from you, unless I'm mixing you up with someone!). Hopefully we'll live up to you expectations and I'll tell you right now, there are no plans to EVER go ppp here at wyrd. :)

We like to think of Wyrd as a "Safe Harbor"; we accept converts of all companies regardless of race, creed or company.

please sign the contract at the door and provide a piece of your soul

Welcome to the Wyrdness--one of the most friendly places you'll find on the 'net.

Welcome aboard; it's nice to have you. The only amount of minis to have is not enough. You'll live until they're all painted [I have enough to keep me going long enough to bankrupt Social Security].

Enjoy your stay at the coolest [there, I've avoided saying groovy; oops] of cool web sites.
