LOL....just noticed your name on the Sculpters list and was about to start this thread!

Prepainted plastics are all the controversial rage, but the sculpts look decent enough!

Took a big chunk of my time last year. Dave Summers, Bobby Jackson & Ben Saunders also did a lot of work on it. There are a lot of HUGE figures too.

As for the pre-painted plastics, well it can go either way. UD have put a lot of time & effort into this so hopefully they turn out pretty well. People confuse the Hobby of painting & modeling with a simple boardgame & really they are completely different things to me. As a sculptor, making plastic toys is half my work these days. And hey I like the dungeon crawl aspect of it so will likely play it.

Don't like them...has nothing to do with the sculpting which is top stuff...but I really don't like the WoW style...WAY too over the top and rediculous IMO.

There are certain properties that I would love to see done up with proper traditional metal minis. Namely Star Wars and WoW. Unfortunately they both went the rubbery prepainted minis route, and it just makes me sad all day. These seem nice for what they, but they don't scratch that itch I have.
