Here's the WIP Scrunt jet bike I'm calling it "Thunderhawk", There's still refining to be done on some of the details and work on the underside. It will be mostly a one piece casting except for the underwing bombs and guns, plus 6 seperate arm choices for the scrunts. When this piece has been moulded, I will do a couple of conversions on it, one for the texans and one for the Scrunties (female). However that all depends on the sales of this one. Its been a challenging piece to make and I can't be sure on its retail price yet, but it is big at 100mm long. Hope some of you can find a use for it in your scrunt armies :D

If Bob Olley would make 'human sized' sci fi minis, I'd be all over that like stink on poop.

I just can't stand the scruntiness of them. Dwarfs in Space!

Dorky.

But, damn, that guy can sure sculpt!!

I just thinks it's so funny that we all like sci-fi and fantasy and accept all manner of bizarre stuff, but still have some very specific things that we just can't accept.

Ork mechanics... Cool! Necromancers rising the dead... Awsome! Cybernetically enhanced warriors with huge weapons... Yeah! Dwarves in space... No, c'mon, that's just silly!!

Cracks me up! But, we all have these things we just can't accept.

I get the irony...believe me.

Don't look down on me!

(which I'm sure you cannot help, as I'm closer to 'scrunt' than I'd like.)

and that even tough its much more likely for dwarves to win the first-fantasy-race-in-space by a looong shot :) (offcourse goblins steal that technology and become the actual first species to travel to space, and die there because of technical malfunctions ;))
additionally it is one of the most *realistic* fantasy species, considering there is a human *species* that if they grow beards and drink a lot of beer share all characteristics with dwarves allready ;)

that said I dont like -bearded- dwarves generally, I actually find space dwarves a tad more acceptable. tough I wouldnt use them as dwarves if I ever get my hands on them, but as short people among the other standard sized people.

"that said I dont like -bearded- dwarves generally"
offcourse Im talking fantasy
I do like vike :p

I, for one, like the idea of space dwarves. There. I said it. :)
