Just in time for the holiday season, we're releasing six new miniatures from Wyrd Miniatures for the Malifaux game line which is scheduled for release the third quarter of 2008. We are continually moving towards filling out the skirmish groups and adding exciting new options for the ever expanding line.

The six miniatures come in three packs.

First up we have the minions that will fill out the ranks of the Witch Hunters, the Witchling Stalkers. Created through a painful and torturous ritual, these deadly creatures have become the ultimate predators in taking down their chosen prey.

Sculpted by Steve Saunders, these miniatures are cast as one piece each and will retail for $15USD for the three pack.

Following our diminutive predators is the Golem, in this case, an Ice Golem, which is part of the Constructs and Creations which can be called upon, or created by a practitioner of sufficient skill and power to do their bidding. This Golem is a mountain of hurt when sent into battle.

Sculpted by Gael Goumon, this miniature comes in four pieces (body x1, head x1 and arms x2) and will retail for $12USD.

Lastly, we have the first miniatures from the Neverborn power faction within Malifaux, Lilith and one of her brood of Nephilim. This lady is willing to do anything in order to achieve her ends and mankind isn't on her short list of worries. She is pictured here with but the first of her devilish children and has an entire brood which will eventually be fielded with her.

Sculpted by Werner Klocke, Lilith comes in two pieces (hand separated at the weapon) and the wicked toddler comes in three pieces (body x1, arms x2). These two retail together for $12USD.

All new releases are now available to retailers, distributors and within the Wyrd web store. Orders placed over the Thanksgiving holiday will be sent out the following Monday.

And some greens as we're always being asked after about them. We haven't gotten everything all prettied up, and in some of these there is still work to be done, but we aim to please.

CooL! Esp the golem (pun intended).

I know demonherald painted the Stalkers, did he do all of these or is it different artists? Excellent work on all!

Definitely some very cool minis. As has been mentioned by others elsewhere, the Ice Golem could probably also be used for other elements (rock, metal, etc).

Awesome, spectacular work love the witchilings, and lilith and her lilttle toddler look sweet. THe golem is prety cool, just the pose seems a little static (that is until you see the green and it looks like he's getting ready to grope the woman standing next to him ;) )

Oh and the base on Lilith and the Toddler seems so fitting, the kid looks like the grounds hot and he's being careful where he steps next. kudos to the painter .

the stalkers i do not like as much.

the golem cries out to be converted and would be pretty easy to do at that and i like the piece except that the pose is a bit static.

however the last queen of the nephilim and wyrd child make this one of my favorites of the wyrd collection. a great job nathan and the wyrd group.

I'm grateful to see that my fears about Lilith were unfounded. :)

I will definitely need to pick her up.

The webstore takes credit cards as well, so you don't have to use just paypal. If that doesn't work out for you though, just shoot me a PM and I'll process it directly for you if need be.

And glad for the most part that these are well received. The Golem I think could be done in a bit more of an action or better pose by doing a bit of bending of arms. I'll get someone to work on one in particular.

The Witchling Stalkers are just plain fun IMO and have been referred to as 'psycho ninja dwarves' for a long while behind the scenes though I adamantly insist there are no dwarves in Malifaux.

:D

As for Lilith and her terror toddler. She seems to be the one everyone was ready to hate. Glad to see we've disappointed there.

haha, yeah, they didn't have a name for a long time, so we all just referred to them as "not-dwarves"

So we'd ask things like "who's sculpting the not-dwarves" or "great job on the not-dwarves"

I think they'll always be not-dwarves to me :D

The Golem can be used like an armature for many poses and variant Golems it really is a nice kit to play with....The joints on the arm are almost Ball and socket so they can be positioned at any angle you like and the joints of arms and legs are nice and easy to bend with a little pressure....

All of these models are really nice and amazing quality sculpts ..great stuff allround...

The Ice-Golem is fantastic. It reminds me of the Titan that appears in Disney's Hercules (and the Kingdom Hearts games.)

I wonder, what faction or character are the Witchlings associated with. They are also fantastic.

Really the whole release is great. Always excellent to see a new Klocke.

I adamantly insist there are no dwarves in Malifaux.

You and Malifaux have won my esteem for life.

Hint: well, the witchlings full name is the witchling stalkers, so they're hunting witches... :D

That golem grows on you...

Its the witchling stalkers that pulled me in though. Another original idea from whoever came up with them. A very cool looking set of minis.

Yeah I'm a big fan of all of these. They are some of the best stuff Wyrd has put out IMO. I have my stalkers cleaned and ready for priming right now. I think they will see some brush time once my IP project is finished.

yes, the golem could looks static. Who care? it's a good choise, if you think that you would him more "in action" to convert him as you like.
Actualy, ave you ever try to bend ice?? is ice is not "static"? hahaaa!
I really love all the Novembers minis!!!
