Wyrd Signature Banner - thoughts?

I was trying to work up a bit of a banner signature/advertisement/logo whatever you want to call it as I've had the Rotten Harvest signature on all my stuff lately and we're well past that now.

Anyhow, this is what I cam up with last night. Nothing too fancy, but I was trying to be 'clever' with 'Paint something ... Wyrd' but not sure if I pulled it off. Good, bad, who cares? Tried a few things, and can go with the whole animated bit, but wanted to do something simple.

The banner looks good but as it is two different fonts you don't see the whole sentence til you look at it for a while - I'm guessing that's not the idea for a banner....

at first look I read "pawt somethwg", because the "in"-letter combo looks like a "w". Put them apart a bit and you´re fine.

Yeah...what he said. Try using the same font as you do for "Wyrd" only not so in-your-face as Wyrd. Say, black with the green shadow. Don't forget the "..." between your tagline and "Wyrd".

Someone with some more artistic talent than myself, Spacemunkie, decided to help me out this morning. Damn cool if I say so myself.

I decided to make a little flash banner out of what he sent.

The new banner works really well! Any chance to get different characters on the banners and some of us use them in our signatures as a way of supporting Wyrd Miniatures and advertising?
