28mm Steampunk Cannon unpainted - see #9700 for painted version
Dimmensions: base is 5 1/2" in Diameter, Barrel is 2" long & approx. 1" in diameter, overall height of cannon is approx. 3". The barrel is adjustable with two positons.

I don't know, for me a Steampunk Cannon I would picture it would have a much longer barrel more like a rail gun than a mortar.

I think they are trying to get something like what Gale force nine has done with the Khador canon terrain setting. GF9's version is far superior to that one but it's also $90.00 retail

JR Miniatures does have some very good stuff....unfortuantely this isn't it.

I think they're going for something like this civil war era cannon.

However, they could have done better on the pivots. There's no reason I can think of to need to change the tilt of the cannon. It would have been better if they'd detailed it a bit more and made it static.

I agree that it looks similar to the GF9 Khadoran terrain. While I don't think the GF9 terrain deserves to be $90 (pre-painted or not), I definitely think it's a much better sculpt than this.
