A kitset workstation. Not sure why you would want to tip it 70 degrees but hey, whatever rocks your boat!

That is very handy for people like me who owns a rather big collection of paints. I'm seriously considering ordering one. Thanks Doc, nice find!

Those are rather nice. If I didn’t already have my work area laid out just right already, I'd definitely consider them. Clearly a lot of thought was put into the design.

Geez, that's a nice one!
If I was a pinter, my order was set.
The pricing is really okay imo, as there went a lot of creativity into that!

That is pretty cool. If I had more space I would probably get one. As it is, I use a Lazy Susan for my paints and that seems to work pretty well.

The only thing I can think of for showing that it can be tilted to 70 degrees is to demonstrate that if you happen to tip it for some reason, the paints won't be falling all over the place. But who knows? Maybe there are painters that need their paint stations to tip like that.

Maybe they live on steep hills.

Someone put some time and thought into that. Hope it goes well for them.

it's amazing how useful well planned out chucks of moulded plastic can be.

This does look nice, completely doesn't fit my work area, and is sold from Australia, but it could do well

Nice looking system, but, like all stairstep paint storage systems, it doesn't actually save you any space. If space is your constraint (which it is for me) then this is not attractive.

It saves space if your work area looks like a bomb site (but only if you actually utilise it properly).

Oh and I would assume it comes flatpack kitset as does all their scenery.

It's much better than a pair of baskets for keeping paints organized during an ongoing project, though! Since all my stuff has to be tucked away on high shelves when we have company anyway, the added space for a tiered rack isn't really a problem.

Wonder if anyone'll have it at GenCon.. seems unlikely though

Back ages ago on CMON there was a thread where people showed their workspace and someone had the best wall-mounted paint rack. THAT was something I'd be interested in.

Not bad... Are these plastic or pressed cardboard? I had the workstation from GW and it was horrible! I spilled my paint water on it and it warped the entire bottom board. Had to throw it out...spent $50 on it...what a waste.

Honestly what I need is a tiered paint storage system that will either fold down to hold them flat or stack on top of each other so that they are transportable or easily storable depending on the situation.

They are made out of MDF (medium density fibreboard) and come flat packed, and yes, if you get it wet it is likely to expand unless you get to it quickly.
