Just to make you all jealous (I read about nathan's freezing weather), here is California, a photo I took 2 minutes ago from my roof deck

That's right, near the end of november, and it's beautiful beach weather, 80+ degrees (thats 27+ to you celcius people), nice clean ocean breeze to keep you from getting too hot, perfect, I'm off to the beach!

What's it like where everyone else lives?

I'm freezing my buns off, but my sister who's studying in Denmark at the moment tells me that it's snowing and freezing cold, so I guess I can't complain :P.

It was -5 this morning and a police woman, mother of 3 was shot dead just up the road.

The sooner I leave this shit hole the better :(

Beautiful weather here at the moment, around 25C, with more to come for the next week.

Mid fifties F here in Kansas. Overcast, but not to windy. Actually feels all right--we were about 20 degrees colder a few days ago. Isn't strange how the weather, depending on what you have been experiencing recently is so relative? 50 degrees and I am running around in a t-shirt. If had been 70 degrees, I would be complaining how bitterly cold it was.

45-50 and all the snow from Thursday melted. Quite nice really considering the date. Isn't California on fire again?

I'll stick with my ickle bit of snow, thank you. No floods, earthquakes, or restless natives... :umbrella:

Around freezing in the evening and morning, freezing at night... a bit above it during the day, misty too. Weather is not to hot here ;)

Would that be just Bradford, England or the planet.

I want to go to New Zealand and live in one of those Hobbit holes. They look nice and quaint. As long as those bloody orcsies keep away.

Whats it like here.
Bloody cold and frosty. Went next door for a drink last night to welcome the new house owners.
Yup. Durham Mafia have moved in.

Bradford and the UK. Sick of the place. Want to go somewhere with less people, less cars, less chavs and more space.

Funny you should mention New Zealand.... :)

I have to admit however, there is some negatives about Santa Cruz too, we used to be the murder capital of the US for about a 10 year stretch, and we remain near the top of murders per capita in the US :(

In fact just this last week one of my close friends got a little scared because they caught a guy who had murdered his family a week before, camping in an ally just across the street from her appartment... There are just so many hidden valleys in the hills here to dump bodies...I guess that makes it tempting...

At least it's nice weather! :):)

and no fires that I can recall lately
