With the new releases around the corner I thought we would share some of the concept art which has gone into making the miniatures. Today I bring you 'Sweet lil' Candy', a rather demented little girl that Steve Buddle has sculpted for Wyrd.

Tis not bad, like the artwork but I dont think the mini will be my cup of tea. Just a personal opinion but not really into the "sweet little girl with big mallet behind her back" style minis.

Yum. The insidious child of doom is exactly the kind of thing I go for. I have one of my own, and she has told me more than once she's going to rule the world. I fear her already.

This mini will be mine..oh yes..it will be mine.

Hope you all like her when she appears. I was rather proud of the sculpt (which was the last thing I was working on before I got ill).

Here are the other two that are getting worked on at the moment by Anders (Ritual) and will be released along with Candy (first concept above). Sculpted by Steve Saunders who IMO has really stepped up to the plate and done his best job yet on these. Then again, I'm biased. As always, the concept art is from Steph.

Incidentally, Killjoy is part of this particular skirmish group, with two others to join it in the future.

Oh, man that is sweet. Trying not to think of an evil Dr. Bunson Honeydew and his assistant Beaker.

But who doesn't love a laboratory assistant with a power saw? Who?

Should be available in the next two'ish weeks. Masters are done, Anders is painting them right now, production molds should be made early next week and hopefully product in hand by the end of next week, early the following.

His paint jobs suit Wyrd so well.

Ya know, I don't think she cares. Actually the mini is holding them in a subtly different way. But you'll just have to wait and see on that front ;)
