Congratulations to everyone! If you find your name listed here, please contact me privately through the Private Message feature here on the site and provide me with your mailing address (yes, even if you think I already have it). I'm still waiting on a couple of support packages to make it through the door, but as soon as they do, I'll fire off the packages.

Now, with the last contest, some of you poor folks had to wait anywhere from two weeks to almost three months to receive your packages, especially if you are across the pond (I'm located in the US). Due to the fact that I am providing shipping at my costs, the most efficent way for me to send these are 'cheap' (big smile). It has been requested in the forums a bit back that the option to 'upgrade' the shipping method be offered.

If you are interested in upgrading your shipping to priority or airmail, I am more than willing to do that with a donation of $3 through paypal to 'nathan@wyrd-games.net'. This isn't some gimmick to make money off the contest (I don't), just an offer, as it was requested, to allow contest winners an option to get their packages quicker. If you are not interested in this, no worries, as I will reguardless send out your packages, just it may take a bit longer to get to you. If you donate that also does not mean that you will get 'better' prizes as that is all pretty much random as well, this is only to help out with the costs so that I'm only spending a $100USD in shipping vs. $250-$300.

Speaking of prizes, a VERY big thank you to all of our contest supporters for the Rotten Harvest Contest! As always, without them, there would be no contest! I would like to extend a personal thank you to each of you and appreciate the lengths and generosity that you go to in order to further this hobby.

Special thanks to Dark Age Games, Wyvern Games, Spellcraft Miniatures, Moonlight Miniatures, Groundforge Bases, Hasslefree Miniatures and Ginfritters Gnomish Workshop for supporting the contest a SECOND time around. A very large thank you to Ebob Miniatures, Fenryll, Grimey Games, Revelation Miniatures, Magnificent Ego's, Moddlers Attic, Aberrant Games, Wizkids and Nexus-Games UK for supporting us for the first time around. Lastly - and I pray that the other sponsors forgive me, but thanks Revelation Miniatures for the absolutely HUGE amount of miniatures that you sent for prize support.

Take the time to say thank you folks, in our forums, the company forums or in personal e-mails to each of the companies, they certainly deserve it.

See you for the next Wyrd Painting Contest!

:D

Hey, Nathan.. in NQDY, Cindy Dunkino is not the painter of #5. Is it supposed to be #8, which is painted by her, in 3rd place?

Entry #8 got 3rd amount of votes so I guess it's supposed to be Cindy.

Damnit, I keep doing back to back posts.

Anyhow, wanted to thank my 'Moderator Minion' Valloa (Maya) for all of her help today - she's the one that went through and updated all the names in the gallery so that my lazy butt wouldn't have to.

Thanks Maya.

Well done to everyone and a big thanks to Nathan and Maya and whoever else helped out.

I got a random shmuck......:peace:

Im really pleased with all the comments on my entry. I had no illusions of placing as the paintjob was rushed but the concept comments made it very worthwhile.
Thanks everyone and bring on the nexy ( but not for a little while )

Thanks for all the work put in! Was really pleased with the feedback on my Sacred Blade sorceress - she wasn't very Halloween-ish but was a blast to paint!

Looking forward to the next one already!

I'm a random shmuck too :peace:

What a fun event this was.
It showed some really amazing minis. I particularly loved the diversity. Even if you got the same mini, you could be sure there would be differently looking.

For myself I know I tried out some things I never did before. I hope others had the same experience. Thus I would also like to congratulate everyone.
Ćongrats to the winners, congrats to the voters, congrats to the moderating team. And congrats to everyone who entered one or more piece(s), winning or not. Every contestant deservs this. Because each of you made a tremendous effort. Thank you much.

A thanks a lot Nathan.

Oh, a suggestion. You might perhaps edit your (threadstarter) posting and link the names to the according pictures. It would be a nice feature. :thumb:

Hah, that's minions work! (seriously, I'm too damn busy right now!)

I'll keep that in mind for the near future though.

On a good note though, have got most of the packages for the Rotten Harvest put together and they should all go out tomorrow, wednesday at the latest.
