Pretty cool minis and the painting looks pretty good. One thing that I might suggest is hitting it with some Dull Cote since they seem to be a bit on the glossy side.

Overall I think you've got a nice neat style. I think dull coat would help things out and as a personal taste I think a bit of flocking for the base as well as painting the rim black would look good, but that's a personal preference more than anything.

Realy nice minis. I like them. Maybe some more shading in general to bring more deepth into it. Hope my english is okay. :-)

Nice, you've got a great expression on her face and I like her skincolour. A pointer would be to try to do rounder irises I think that'd help the expression and character of the face even more. Better to make them larger then naturally then risking her looking slightly wall-eyed.
