Mabel, My FF 3 Entry!

Hiya, here is my entry, along with another view of my Femme Fatale 3 entry, Mabel the Child Witch sculpted by Cindy Dukino. (and what a fantastic job she did on her too!!!)
Anyone who has seen ericJ's jaw dropping version of her will instantly know that I was inspired by his version greatly (...ok, you got me, I blatantly nicked his ideas!) This was a very tall order to achieve, especially on such a small and loveley mini, but if you don't push yourself and aspire to greatness once in a while then you will never get there.

Hehe, i instantly thought of Eric's Mable when i seen this, but that ain't a bad thing, this is very well painted. Those eyes are fantastic.

Yeah, I was reminded of Shoddy Eric's Mabel as well. I was wondering how you painted her backside too, since I know she's has her little magic wand behind there (I have one of these too, I think it's one of the last Cindy had to give out).

I really like the colors you used, and love how the froggy looks like Kermit! Great job you did on her.

In my opinion this is one of your best works :) Great work on the face. The purple dress is very fitting too.

I think the blending could be smoother in some places, but the overall impression is excellent.

Shhh... don't tell the IP police... but the froggy is actually modeled after Kermit the frog as a little tribute to my sister who is a Henson fan and has a big kermit stuffed toy.

I really like this version. The face looks great. It does remind me of Eric's paintjob. The Eric one is hard to match. I have the pleasure of owning it so I can look up lose and the eyelashes and freckles are tiny and precise. But paintingskill aside which i think you both have.. you really amnaged to bring in a lot of character which I think is atleast as important as perfectly smooth blends. :)
