had him assembled and sitting on his base for a while now so decided to paint him up tonight.
5 hours later and here you go.
quite suprised how pleased i am with the little bugger lol.

Really like the concept and the basework. The layers on the skin and the horns are way too abrupt for my taste, but overall quite good for 5 hours of work.

Hilarious! The basework is great. I think the painting is excellent too, though I can see what Skya's talking about, particularly on the side views. Radio looks amazing.

i wish i could claim all the detail on the radio is freehand but the detail is there albeit very very shallow so some of the depth had to be accentuated.
i think the main problem in the skin highlights is i painted it looking from a slightly higher elevation to what i set the camera up at (not trying to excuse some of the obviously abrupt bits) might try a few other shots tommorow from a higher angle to see how it looks

nah i can't sculp for toffee, it's part of a set of 1/38 scale vehicle accessories from Tamiya IIRC
