Well, after looking over everything, I finally cast all of my votes in all categories. And this one was the hardest; talk about tough! There are so many great entries in this contest that it's absolutely astounding!

Is there a reason for excluding the 'BumpEntry 1' ?

If I remeber right reading it somewhere that one violated the anonomous rule as it was show publically on CMON... and thus disqualified.

Yup, BumpEntry1 violated the anonymous rule which is too bad because it was an excellent entry.

Essentially, in the past we've immediately put up the polls alongside the galleries but we were finding folks would get disqualified over the course of a few days for one reason or another and then had to remove them and by that time, people have already started voting and thus some votes were 'wasted'. Not fair for everyone involved.

Now with the galleries going up a day before the polls, sharp eyed folks are able to take a look at the galleries and point out any descrepencies. In this case I got a direct link to a CMON gallery and there was no denying that the anonymity had been broken on this, thus it doesn't show up in the gallery or the poll voting.
