When I was in the 7th grade, I entered a spelling bee. I was always a poor speller but I tried my best. Not my fault that I got out in the first round by "island." Spell it like it sounds right? I mean do you say "Is Land?" Anyway giving my ability to apply for contests where I know I have a snowball's chance in vulcan of surviving the first round ... here goes as I throw my mini into the ring

From the list that I'm seeing above, you've got folks from the US, Canada, atleast one other person from Australia and a couple from Europe in general (can't remember exact locations). Shipping of a miniature, anywhere in the world, really shouldn't cost more than a couple of dollars, particularly due to the weight involved (next to nil for a single figure). The other option for those that would rather avoid the hassle of shipping a miniature, etc, can simply paypal $5USD to the winner of that Iron Painter round.

There's 1 part of the rules that I felt needs to be adjusted. Its mentioned that we get to choose the mini ourself. This might pose a problem in terms of size of the mini. A larger miniature usually have a better chance of impressing the judges. How about limiting the size of the mini each time? Anyway its just my 2 little cents worth and I'm counting myself in whether or not this gets done.
