They are very nice, I like the whole Archer Unit and might add them to my CG collection when they are released, mind you that doesn't mean they will get painted. ;)

May sound strange, but I could easily see adding that top guy as a champion to my GW High Elf archer unit.

btw does anyone know how to shade the minis like they did here? I think it's a good way to show off the pewter.

I think they dip them in watered down ink or something. That's what Hasslefree does at least, to a similiar effect.

Add some colored ink or paint - usually black but I like to use blue - to some "stained glass medium" from a craft store. It makes a great primer.
