Mongoose has released the Rippler Bug Mega-Swarm box set for Starship Troopers. Retails in the US for $49.99 (£30) and includes 9 plastic rippler bugs and stands.

Actually, I do kind of like them....very creepy looking...But are those spoon handles coming out of their backs?

Regarding the wings; I'd be more curious as to whether they're clear plastic or not.

The wings do look weird, but if they are clear plastic then staining them would make them look much better. Still not bad minis though.
